The LuvrSeptor(tm) Fluid Dynamics Controller utilizes rotatable louvered shutters (similar to venetian blinds) made of corrosion resistant steel that can be set together at any angle to regulate the velocity of the fluid passing through. There are many variations for discrete adjustment of the angle in each of the areas occupied by water, oil and gas. There may be external handles for rotating the internal louvers manually or by automation.

The LuvrSeptor(tm) is applicable to many types of Upstream Oil Processing Vessels such as Heater Treaters, FreeWater KOs and Three Phase Separators. Any processing vessel that will benefit through the continuous establishment of "plug flow" to assure maximum residence time and elimination of "short circuiting" will have its performance enhanced by incorporating one or more LuvrSeptor(tm) Fluid Dynamics Controller.
